Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service lets you design custom anti-fatigue mats, request quotes, and place orders for made-to-order products. Quotes are estimates until confirmed by our team. Prices, availability, and specifications may change before an order is finalized.

2. Your account

You may use parts of the Service without an account. To save designs, track quotes, and place orders you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Quotes and orders

Submitting a design creates a quote request. A quote does not create a binding order. An order is placed only when you accept a quote and our team confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if pricing was stated in error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

4. Custom products and returns

Custom mats are made to order specifically for you. All sales are final: custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Because each mat is produced to your specifications, please review your design, dimensions, and color carefully before accepting a quote. If a product arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed specification, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, or use it to violate any law. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by WellnessMats and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Designs you create remain associated with your account for the purpose of quoting and fulfilling your orders.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that estimates shown will match final pricing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellnessMats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
